Dickinson cruises past Grand Forks Central, advances to Class AA semifinals — Tioga Arts news

DICKINSON — With the pocket collapsing and a defender closing in, Nate Stevenson had to make a play. What followed was one of Dickinson's biggest moments of the night. Stevenson let one fly downfield. Paxton Lyson went up over a Grand Forks Central defender, hauled in the 34-yard pass at the 2-yard line and finished the play in the end zone. The touchdown pushed Dickinson's lead to 27-0, capping a drive that looked destined to stall and sending the Mavericks' sideline into a frenzy. Class AA Quarterfinals - Grand Forks Central v.
